Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the returned items. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
If you have broken, missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact support@pheenix.co.nz for a return request attached with a proof of purchase. The request must be sent and returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. The original product packaging(hot seal) of the returned items must be unopened for hygienic reasons. Please place the returned items securely in the parcel you received and include the proof of purchase. Once we have received the returned items, we will inspect the items and approve the refund request, if the items meet our return requirements.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return. You will be refunded in the same way that you paid the goods with (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.). Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your items to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, please allow 10 business days.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
